Placing an Online Order
Once you have added your selected products to your shopping cart, you may order securely online. Online ordering is encrypted for your protection. Your order is encrypted via 128 bit SSL. You can verify this by the "closed lock" icon on your browser when you reach the credit card information page in the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
Once your online order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Please keep this confirmation for future reference. Order confirmation can only be sent if you have provided us a valid email address. We do not share or sell email addresses to other companies.
Email and Fax Orders
We have designed our site's ordering system to protect the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. Since ordinary email is not secure in the same way, we cannot accept orders sent via email. For your security, please do not include your credit card information in any email you send to us.

Changing Information After You Place an Order
Order information or delivery options cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.
Shipping
SteveGillStore.com ships orders by FedEx as quickly as possible. Shipping charges are determined by the weight and destination of the order and will be as shown during the checkout process. FedEx Ground shipments are usually delivered within 4 - 10 business days from the day your order is filled. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.
Customers may also choose FedEx Second Day Shipping or FedEx Overnight Shipping at a premium. Orders shipped by FedEx Second Day will arrive the second day after order fulfillment, not after order placement. Orders shipped by FedEx Overnight will arrive the day after order fulfillment, not order placement.

Backorders
(Sorry for any inconvenience, we are experiencing very heavy demand for Gill Report products)
Your order will not be shipped until all backordered items become available. You may at your option wait for the backordered item(s) or email us to cancel backordered item(s). If you cancel the item(s), credit will be issued to your credit card immediately. If you decide not to cancel, we will ship your entire order when all products become available.
"Bumper Sticker Only" Orders (Limit 10)
For customers ordering up to 10 bumper sticker or less the SteveGillStore.com offers the option of sending a check or money order made out to "Red Elephant", for the total amount of bumper stickers ordered + $2.00 for S&H up to 3 or $5.00 S&H up to 10 along with a note indicating the Item #(s) of the bumper stickers desired to: (bumper stickers will not be shipped without S&H included):

Returns or Exchanges
We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your products. For an exchange or replacement of items purchased through our online store, simply follow these three steps listed below to ensure proper processing. E-mail us at customerservice@SteveGillStore.com for authorization & for the correct return address. Repack item(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. Once the package has been received we will happily send you a replacement. For exchanges of damaged or defective merchandise, we will send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.
